Rates and deposit to book venue
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WITH SIGNED CONTRACT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING TO SECURE YOUR DATE
All-day rental for your private event is $5,400.00. A non-refundable deposit of $1,800.00 along with a signed contract will secure your date.
The 2nd installment of $1800.00 is due 180 days/6 months prior to the event date.
The 3rd installment of $1800.00 plus a $500.00 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is due 90 days prior to the event date.
Proof of Liability insurance and your banquet permit must be submitted with 3rd installment /90 days prior to the event.
The cabin is gratuitously included in the rental for 1 night with the venue rental.
ALL stipulations and cabin rental terms apply.
The fees stated below are in addition to the 1-night rental included with the venue Seasonal rates charged for up to 2 people per night.
$50 per extra person per night up to 6 persons total, maximum occupancy, including children.
The cleaning fee is an additional $100 if the stay is extended beyond the first comped night with the venue.

Additional time allotment and event pricing are available depending on your event needs.
Dry camping is available for your guest that would like to camp as well.
